This research was aimed to study whether the lncRNA would have effects on the structure and constitution of the intestinal microbial colonies in mice.High throughout sequencing was used to sequence and analyze the intestinal microbial colonies in both transgenic and non-transgenic mice of three months old.We conducted comparison and t-test at the level of phylum and genus.The result showed that transferred into long non-coding RNA genes GTL2 (lncRNA-GTL2),the mouse intestinal microbial colony structure and composition had no significant differences in the overall,within the same gender,but there were individual differences.Therefore,this study didn't find that long non-coding RNA transfered had a significant impact on the intestinal microflorain the phylum and genus level.  相似文献

The test of functional groups of microorganisms in Spiral Up-flow Reactor System and the correlation between microorganisms in the water and the main environmental factors are studied.The results show that the diversity of microorganisms population in the SUFR system is complex and the bio-community formed in the SUFR system is stable.The close relations between abundance of bacteria and nutrients are found.The correlation between heterotrophic bacteria and COD is 0.949.The correlation between organic phosphate bacteria and TP is 0.815. 从几十种作物的根际和叶围分离获得350株微生物,其中细菌和放线菌分别为200株和150株。对所有这些分离物进行了抑制真菌试验和几丁质酶活性测定。在抑菌试验中,以棉花枯萎病菌、棉花黄萎病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌,及西瓜枯萎病菌作为供试病原菌,有96个分离物对其中的一种或一种以上的病原菌有抑制作用,其中18个分离物对这4种病原菌都具有强烈的抑制作用。在几丁质酶活性方面,10%的细菌和40%的放线菌都能不同程度地产生几丁质酶。有些菌株几丁质酶活性强,抑菌作用也明显,有些菌株几丁质酶活性弱,抑菌作用弱或无作用,少数菌株几丁质酶活性强,但却无抑菌作用。用几丁质酶液处理病原菌孢子,其萌发率和芽管长度比对照显著降低  相似文献

A field population of Plutella xylostella from Malaysia (SERD4) was divided into five sub-populations and four were selected (G2-G5) with the Bacillus thuringiensis insecticidal crystal (Cry) toxins Cry1Ac, Cry1Ab, Cry1Ca and Cry1Da. Bioassay at G6 gave resistance ratios of 88, 5, 2 and 3 for Cry1Ac, Cry1Ab, Cry1Ca and Cry1Da respectively compared with the unselected sub-population (UNSEL-SERD4). The Cry1Ac-selected population showed little cross-resistance to Cry1Ab, Cry1Ca and Cry1Da, (3-, 2- and 3-fold compared with UNSEL-SERD4), whereas the Cry1Ab-SEL sub-population showed marked cross-resistance to Cry1Ac (40-fold), much greater than Cry1Ab itself. In contrast, the Cry1Ca- and Cry1Da-SEL sub-population showed little if any cross-resistance to Cry1Ac and Cry1Ab. The mode of inheritance of resistance to Cry1Ac was examined in Cry1Ac-selected SERD4 by standard reciprocal crosses and back-crosses using a laboratory insecticide-susceptible population (ROTH). Logit regression analysis of F1 reciprocal crosses indicated that resistance to Cry1Ac was inherited as an incompletely dominant trait. At the highest dose of Cry1Ac tested, resistance was recessive, while at the lowest dose it was almost completely dominant. The F2 progeny from a back-cross of F1 progeny with ROTH were tested with a concentration of Cry1Ac that would kill 100% of ROTH. The mortality ranged between 50 and 95% in seven families of back-cross progeny, which indicated that more than one allele on separate loci were responsible for resistance to Cry1Ac.  相似文献

调查了甘肃省天祝县珠芽蓼高寒草甸,结果表明,调查草甸的主要植物有26种,隶属13科23属。其中珠芽蓼(0.148)为优势种,次优势种有乳白香青、球花蒿、线叶嵩草等。通过对珠芽蓼草甸群落组成和结构的季节动态的研究分析发现,地上植物量在整个生长季中表现为单峰曲线,地下植物量变化呈现“V”型曲线,环境因子是制约珠芽蓼草甸植物生长发育和植物量的主导因子。  相似文献

通过对夏河甘加草原草地蝗虫种群存在度分析,确定该地区草地蝗虫优势种为狭翅雏蝗、小翅雏蝗、宽须蚁蝗、皱膝蝗(红翅皱膝蝗和鼓翅皱膝蝗)。对气象因子进行了主成分分析,提出了一年高峰值(yn)、产卵期的平均降水(x1)和温度(x2)、本年孵化期平均气温(x3)和降水(x3)为关键因子的非线性模型:yn+1=18.110 6+0.328 3x1+32.229 9/lnx2-182.237 3e-0.8x3+42.173 3x4e-x4)yn来描述混合种群的密度高峰值,且拟合度较高。  相似文献

对晋西黄土丘陵边缘土石山区不同海拔高度木本植物物种丰富度以及各群落间β多样性特征进行了分析.结果表明,木本植物总物种丰富度随海拔高度的升高呈下降趋势,乔木种在海拔较高地段丰富度较大,灌木种则是在海拔较低地段丰富度较大.群落相异性指数Cody指数和Whittaker 指数多以相邻海拔群落间的指数值最小,群落间海拔差异越大指数值越大.而群落相似性指数Jaccard和Sorenson指数则表现出相反的变化规律,即随着群落间海拔差距的增大,指数值呈逐渐减小的趋势,相邻群落间的群落相似性指数值最大.  相似文献

The nutritional quality of biofilm, a microbial community associated to an organic matrix, was evaluated in artificial substrate (polyethylene screen) in net cages during 30 days in the Patos Lagoon estuary, Southern Brazil. During this period, samples of biofilm were collected each 5 days for analysis of chlorophyll a, microorganisms abundance, dry weight, protein and lipid contents. During the study, chlorophyll a varied from 0.38 to 2.75 μg cm?2; dry weight between 7.16 and 17.63 mg cm?2; protein content from 0.43 to 1.76 mg cm?2 and lipid concentration between 1.21 and 4.23 mg cm?2. The variation of lipid in the biofilm was closely related to the abundance of free heterotrophic bacteria (34.25–56.54 × 106 cells cm?2), filamentous cyanobacteria (7.5–15.9 × 106 filaments cm?2), flagellates (6.92–12.89 × 106 cells cm?2) and mainly nematodes (29–1,414 organisms cm?2), while protein content varied similarly to the abundance of unicellular centric diatoms (52.10–179.81 × 103 cells cm?2), and nematodes. This information will allow a better management of food supply to raised aquatic organism with the utilization of natural productivity in the culture systems, with considerable decrease in production costs.  相似文献
